What You Need to Know About The Coming Wave of Audits
In a time of uncertainty for federal contractors, OFCCP is continuing with business as usual. In late February, OFCCP issued approximately 800 CSALs notifying employers that one or more of their establishments is slated for possible audit. While these letters do not immediately commence an audit, employers should use this advance notice to prepare. From reviewing their compensation and personnel selection practices to ensuring compliance with the veteran and disability affirmative action regulations, employers must be ready to respond.
