EEOC is preparing to open the portal on July 15, 2019, providing access to the EEO-1 component 2 pay data reporting form. Employers are anxiously awaiting details regarding the filing obligation, and the agency has announced that details concerning the new EEO-1 Pay Data Report requirements should finally be released on June 30th.
