What Gets Measured Gets Done: An Introduction to the Business and Legal Environment of Diversity Metrics
During this session we will discuss the benefits of diversity metrics as well as the applicable law. We will touch on risks associated with diversity programs and discuss recent Supreme Court cases and EEOC guidelines related to diversity programs.
