Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorneys as we discuss recent litigation regarding employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and 401(k) employer stock. During this webinar we will discuss class action litigation on:
- ESOPs for closely held companies;
- “Stock drop” claims on publicly traded employer stock held in 401(k) plans; and
- Claims challenging “orphan” employer stock funds held in 401(k) plans.
Our speakers will focus on what private plaintiffs and the U.S. Department of Labor appear to be targeting. We will also analyze significant rulings by the courts and discuss best practices to avoid this litigation.
