Over a year into the Biden administration, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is signaling an even more aggressive approach to enforcement. The Agency’s recent actions suggest they will increase investigations into compensation practices, create less certainty in compliance reviews and seek to invade the attorney-client privilege. These actions will lead to burdensome and intrusive compliance reviews but they also suggest certain compliance program enhancements that can make the audit process easier.

Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorneys for an overview of the Agency’s most recent guidance, including OFCCP’s compensation directive. We will provide practical approaches to make compliance (and audits) less burdensome.

This program is intended for bona fide members of management. Jackson Lewis reserves the right to limit attendance or deny registration at its discretion.
