Many employers are envisioning what the workplace will look like in the near future. While some work cannot be done remotely, many companies were able to shift certain types of work to the virtual workplace in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this program, we will discuss what the new normal will look like as COVID-19 cases continue to rise, and discuss the benefits and drawbacks of remote work and the myriad of legal considerations and what to do as we head back into the office.
