Jessica Albert is of counsel in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice includes representing employers in employment litigation before administrative agencies, state courts, and federal courts. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jessica represented and counseled employers in a variety of complex litigation matters. She understands the importance of working with her clients to develop an understanding of their business, values, and goals in order to attain a successful outcome. Jessica’s diverse background and experience drive her strategy, offering an effective business and goal-oriented approach to resolving employment conflicts and litigation.

Partnering with clients, Jessica also recognizes the importance of avoiding litigation and regularly advises on workplace practices and policies to foster employee engagement and ensure compliance with existing laws and regulations. As a member of the Workplace Safety and Health practice group, she provides preventive advice and counsel to reduce risk exposure, including OSHA compliance. She regularly assists employers with OSHA inspections, citations, hearings, and other enforcement proceedings. Jessica also provides employers with legal support when faced with significant accidents.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys participating in the local bar association and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Allegheny County Bar Association. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (a non-profit community development organization) and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the Western Pennsylvania March of Dimes March for Babies.
