Ashley Knapp

Ashley Knapp is an associate in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ashley focuses her practice on U.S. employment-based immigration, representing multinational employers in nonimmigrant, immigrant, and compliance-related matters. She has experience advising clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education.

Her experience includes a wide variety of nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1 petitions, as well as employment-based immigrant petitions in the EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories. She has experience managing high-volume PERM programs, handling complex Requests for Evidence and audits, and advising employers on developing effective immigration programs and compliance strategies. She also has experience providing immigration trainings for human resources professionals, recruiters, global mobility teams, and foreign national employees.
