Bradley A. Gray
Bradley A. Gray is an associate in the Detroit, Michigan, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including workplace litigation, labor relations, and preventive counseling. Bradley has defended employers in state and federal courts and has represented employers in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), and other administrative agencies.
Bradley draws on both private practice and government experience to help employers navigate complex workplace issues. Before joining Jackson Lewis, he practiced at a regional firm, where he represented and counseled clients in labor and employment disputes and advised employers on day-to-day workplace matters.
Earlier in his career, Bradley spent time working for the National Labor Relations Board, gaining firsthand experience with the investigation and litigation of unfair labor practice charges, representation matters, and other issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act. This background gives Bradley valuable insight into the NLRB’s processes and priorities, which he uses to help employers assess risk, respond strategically to labor relations challenges, and maintain compliant workplace practices.
Bradley also brings a business-focused perspective to his practice, having earned his M.B.A. from Wayne State University. While attending University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, he served as Symposium Director of the Law Review.
