The NLRB’s New Notice Rule and Recent Board Decisions

New Notification of Employee Rights Posting Requirement — Effective January 31, 2012, all private sector employers must post an official government notice advising employees of their right to unionize and engage in strikes and other protected concerted activities. The Notice also provides instructions for employees on how they can file charges against an employer and offers contact information for the NLRB. Do you understand how, when and where to post?
