Milton has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Shareholder. Ms. Milton, who joins from Morgan Lewis, and Bockius, LLP has experience representing and counseling management on a wide range of labor and employment issues, with a particular emphasis on employment litigation, including class and collective actions.

Ms. Milton’s litigation experience includes individual and class and collective action litigation arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other federal employment laws. She also represents employers in front of the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various other state and local fair employment agencies.
Ms. Milton received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Illinois Law Review.
