Jackson Lewis Expands in Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, OH (May 8, 2012) - Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the country’s largest and fastest-growing workplace law firms, is pleased to announce that Caroline M. DiMauro has joined the firm’s Cincinnati office as Partner.  Formerly a partner at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL, Ms. DiMauro has over 12 years of experience representing management in various aspects of labor and employment law.

Ms. DiMauro, who has been selected for inclusion in the 2012 edition of Ohio Super Lawyers, regularly handles cases before state and federal courts and civil rights agencies, including claims involving allegations of unlawful discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, FMLA and wage and hour violations and breach of employment agreements. She also advises clients on various employment policies and practices, including employee handbooks, employee discipline, discharge, investigations of discrimination and employee misconduct, and FMLA and ADA compliance issues. She has provided supervisor training and has presented many employment-related topics for employers locally and nationwide.

Prior to law school, Ms. DiMauro worked as a newspaper journalist. She served as editor-in-chief at The Greensburg Daily News and later worked as an editor at The Cincinnati Enquirer.

She is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations and serves as Vice President for Ohio Valley Voices’ Board of Trustees.  In addition, she has served as a committee member of Catholic Inner-city Schools Education and has volunteered for Oyler School’s Hampton Mentoring Program as well as the Girl Scouts’ Take Charge program.

Ms. DiMauro received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Law and her B.A. from Indiana University.
