Alex J. Seidenberg
Alex J. Seidenberg is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
With experience working with clients in the financial services industry, Alex advises and represents employers in employment law disputes, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims and contract disputes in both federal and state courts and before arbitration panels. Alex has prosecuted and defended actions involving breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information, tortious interference with contract, and related business claims.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Alex was an associate at a boutique labor and employment firm, representing both employers and employees primarily in the financial services industry. Alex has litigated arbitration matters on behalf of Wall Street executives and financial institutions in FINRA, AAA and JAMS, where he assisted as the second chair in evidentiary hearings.
While attending law school, Alex interned for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in the Office of the General Counsel, Appellate Services Unit, as well as for the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) in the Office of Appeals Counsel.
