Bo Murphy is an associate in the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.  He has nearly 10 years of experience litigating matters in both state and federal court.  His practice focuses on representing employers in a wide range of employment law matters.

Bo uses his extensive and diverse background to advocate and defend his clients through even the most challenging issues. Bo strives to become part of his client’s team by learning their company and business model allowing for accurate, dedicated counsel. He ensures that his client’s receive the best service by treating every situation with the core principles he learned in the military—integrity, service, and excellence.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Bo was a staff judge advocate in the United States Air Force where he led labor and employment matters for the Air Force’s flagship installation. He also has served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in Maryland and as a chief prosecutor.

When Bo is not giving his all for his clients, you can find him spending time with his wife, Leah, and their two daughters, Nora and Callahan, on the lake fishing, listening to country music, or cheering on his sports teams—Titans, Vols, Predators, Grizzlies, Nashville SC, or the Atlanta Braves.
