Carla Josephine Stenzel
Carla Stenzel is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing companies in employment-based immigration matters including non-immigrant and immigrant petitions.
After graduating law school and taking the Nebraska Bar Exam in 2016, she began working in the area of business immigration. She has worked with corporate clients ranging from start-ups to large multinational companies that have been established for many years. She has experience with multiple non-immigrant processes including the following: E-2, E-3, F-1 OPT and STEM OPT, H-1B, H-1B1, J-1, J-1 Waivers, L-1, O-1, and TN. She also has experience with the following types of immigrant processes: Labor Certification Application (PERM), I-140 (including EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3), Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization. She further has experience with processes routinely filed by hospitals, institutions of higher-education, and governmental research organizations such as: H-1B Cap-Exempt Petitions, Special Handling PERMs (based on Competitive Recruitment), Physician National Interest Waivers, Conrad 30 Waivers, and Schedule A I-140 Petitions. She is passionate about meeting her clients’ needs and is dedicated to their success. She welcomes complex immigration issues and executes each case with close careful analysis.
