Emma Robertson

Emma Robertson is an associate in the Kansas City, Missouri, and the Overland Park, Kansas, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. She works closely with management, human resources, and in-house counsel in the defense of employment litigation and provides advice and counsel on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship.  

Emma worked in Human Resources before going to law school and finds that experience especially valuable when working with clients on employee relations issues.

Emma has handled discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and related employment claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.

While attending law school, Emma served as the lead articles editor of the UMKC Law Review. She also interned with the United States Department of Labor-Office of the Solicitor.
