Eric P. Burns is of counsel in the Washington, DC Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

He has first chair trial experience in a diverse range of practice areas. This experience informs his advice to clients at the outset of a matter, enabling him to work with clients to develop a proactive strategy that aligns with client goals.

Eric lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and 3 boys. He is an enthusiastic supporter of University of Michigan athletics, Detroit sports teams, and Liverpool Football Club. In his “free time” he enjoys reading fiction and fishing.
