Ira Bolnick is Of Counsel in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has been practicing employment and labor law for 32 years.
Mr. Bolnick has served as in-house counsel for the City of Albuquerque, the State of New Mexico (Risk Management Division), and the University of New Mexico; and has represented private employers as well. He also represented employees in both the public and private sectors for 20 years, and advised and represented several labor unions. Mr. Bolnick is experienced in the handling of discrimination charges, employment grievances and arbitrations, labor arbitrations, and civil rights and employment lawsuits in both state and federal courts. He is a trained mediator; assisted in the establishment of the State of New Mexico Office of Dispute Prevention and Resolution; and served as the University of New Mexico’s Dispute Resolution Coordinator.
