Jan T. Williams is an associate in the Orlando, Florida office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers and management in employment litigation, as well as provides advice and counsel to his clients with the aim of preventing or reducing the impact of any lawsuits filed against them.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jan worked at a boutique law firm, first as an associate and then partner, focusing on commercial and financial services litigation. No stranger to the court room, Jan regularly and successfully tried cases on behalf of his clients, handling the suits in their entirety—from inception, through discovery, to trial. He also then defended those favorable outcomes on appeal.

While attending law school, Jan was executive editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and an intern of the Honorable Judge Leslie B. Rothenberg at the Third District Court of Appeal.

A dual citizen and native of Berlin, Germany, Jan enjoys following soccer, long distance running, and a cappella singing.
