Jordan Wysocki is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in a wide array of employment-related disputes in state and federal court, primarily wage and hour representative and class action litigation, as well as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims.

Jordan has experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through mediation and settlement, and has represented clients in many industries, including restaurant and hospitality, retail, manufacturing, construction, and security. He also has experience as a plaintiff’s attorney litigating wage and hour representative and class action matters. His dual perspective on the risks of civil litigation provides him with valuable insight when developing case strategies for clients. 

During law school, Jordan participated in Business Law and Trial Advocacy. He served as a co-director of the Chapman Entertainment & Sports Law Symposium. Jordan also earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Entertainment Law Clinic, where he provided legal services directly to clients in the entertainment industry.

Prior to his legal career, Jordan worked in marketing for the St. Louis Rams and coached high school basketball for several years. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and watching his favorite NBA and NFL teams.
