Katrina Y. Morgan is a principal in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has more than twenty years of experience in litigating matters in the state and federal courts of Missouri, Illinois and California, including over ten years in all aspects of employment litigation.

Katrina advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims. She also advises employers on preventive litigation practices, focusing on how to comply with applicable laws and regulations, avoid workplace disputes, resolve employee relations problems, and satisfy legitimate employee expectations.

During law school, Katrina was a member of the American University International Law Review.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Katrina practiced employment law at a St. Louis area firm, and also worked as an insurance defense attorney in California.
