Kshitiz Gautam

Kshitiz Gautam is an associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Kshitiz practiced general commercial litigation at a large firm, where he learned foundational litigation skills representing both national and regional clients through various stages of litigation.

During law school, Kshitiz was an editor for the Virginia Law Review and gained practical litigation experience as a member of his school’s Federal Sentence Reduction Clinic and an intern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
