Lauren Ayoub is an associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Lauren is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. She represents employers in various employment law and labor matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and CADA.  

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Lauren practiced in Grand Rapids, Michigan at a boutique litigation firm where she focused her skills on employment law and defending clients in commercial and business litigation matters.

During law school, Lauren served as a senior articles editor for The Wayne Law Review, a research assistant to Professor Anne Choike, an extern to the late Honorable Avern Cohn at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and as an oralist on the Wayne Law Moot Court and Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition Team. She also served as an advanced student attorney on Wayne State University’s General and Advanced Business and Community Law Clinics where she provided advice and counseling and transactional legal services to nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and under-resourced businesses in and around Detroit, Michigan. Additionally, Lauren held the positions of president of the Wayne Law Entrepreneurship and Business Law Society and the Student Board of Governors, American Bar Association student representative and Student Senate representative.
