Maya Kaplan Atrakchi

Maya Kaplan Atrakchi is of counsel in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C, and a member of the International Employment Law practice group. Her practice focuses on cross-border labor and employment matters for multinational clients.  

Most recently, prior to returning to Jackson Lewis, Maya was VP Legal for AIVF, a health tech startup specializing in AI fertility solutions. Prior to her time at AIVF, Maya spent nearly a decade at Jackson Lewis, as both an associate and knowledge management attorney focusing on international employment matters, and privacy and cybersecurity law and compliance. Maya began her career in the legal department of an American multinational technology corporation, specializing in global employment and labor law matters.

While attending law school, Maya served as an articles editor of Cardozo's International Comparative Law Journal. Following law school, Maya served as a foreign clerk for the Israeli Supreme Court under Justice Edna Arbel.
