Nicholas H. Nava is an associate in the Los Angeles, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

His practice focuses on representing management in labor and workplace matters, with a particular focus on handling unfair labor practice charges, counseling employers in collective bargaining and contract administration, and advising management to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Nicholas worked as a labor attorney representing both public and private sector clients in traditional labor disputes and employment issues concerning anti-discrimination and wage and hour laws, externed with Region 21 of the National Labor Relations Board, and interned at a small employment law firm in Massachusetts specializing in class action litigation. By working in these varied settings and handling a wide array of labor and employment issues, Nicholas learned to foster strong, communicative relationships with his clients and to develop thorough understandings of the issues affecting them on an always-evolving basis.
