Ross M. Serena is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice is focused on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.

Ross advocates for employers facing claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He also understands the importance of protecting an employer’s proprietary information through the drafting and aggressive enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ross served as judicial extern to the Honorable J. Brian Buescher of the Federal District Court for the District of Nebraska, where he assisted with the opinion drafting process. In law school, he was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Trial Practice and Legal Issues in E-Commerce.

In his free time, Ross enjoys reading, playing golf and basketball, and spending time with his wife, Rachael, and their goldendoodle, and advocating for persons with physical and developmental disabilities.
