Sara Khorasani is an associate in the Los Angeles, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Sara worked in-house on the litigation team of a multinational corporation focused on transportation, e-commerce and business services. Her practice included defending the company in employment litigation across the nation involving claims such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. In addition to litigation work, she performed research and developed presentations on trends in litigation, regulatory compliance, and employment laws to analyze risks and recommend changes to company policies and procedures.

Sara has previous experience in private practice representing a variety of clients in employment, entertainment, real estate, and business litigation.

While in law school, Sara served as symposium editor of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal where her article on sexual harassment in the entertainment industry was published in the Winter 2019 edition.
