Tenzin S. Tashi is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents management in employment litigation.

Tenzin has spent his career focusing on class and collective wage and hour lawsuits in state and federal courts. In addition, he has worked on and handled single plaintiff wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Tenzin spent his career at plaintiff-side employment firms, with such experience allowing him to develop solutions to workplace issues and anticipate strategies and arguments utilized by the opposing counsel.

With his experience on both sides of the legal spectrum, Tenzin aims to leverage his understanding of the law to inspire confidence in his clients, allowing them to focus their energy towards their businesses and personal pursuits.
