Audrey-Jade Salbo

Audrey-Jade Salbo is an associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, whistleblower and other retaliation claims, violations of non‑competition and non‑solicitation agreements, and unfair business practices. She also advises managers and supervisors on preventive litigation practices, with an emphasis on complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, avoiding workplace disputes, and resolving employee relations issues.

Audrey‑Jade brings substantial litigation experience to her practice, having begun her legal career at the Miami‑Dade Public Defender’s Office, where she tried more than 40 criminal trials and conducted over 400 depositions. She has since tried multiple jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts involving a range of employment matters and has also participated in final arbitration hearings. Through this experience, Audrey‑Jade brings a practical, litigation‑focused perspective to advising employers through high‑stakes employment disputes.

While attending law school, Audrey‑Jade served as the Executive Symposium Editor of the FIU Law Review and as President of the International Law Student Association. After law school, she served as a trial team coach for the FIU Law Trial Team from 2017 to 2018.

Audrey‑Jade was born in Montreal, Canada, and is fluent in French.
