Nationally Recognized Immigration Attorney Joins Jackson Lewis LLP in Nebraska

OMAHA, Neb., (July 12, 2010) – Jackson Lewis LLP, one of the largest and fastest growing workplace law firms in the United States, has announced that Amy L. Peck has joined its Omaha office as Of Counsel.  Ms. Peck is one of the nation’s premier employment law attorneys focusing exclusively in the area of immigration law.  Paralegals Kerry Lammers and Ann Hoffman will join Ms. Peck in the move to Jackson Lewis.

Ms. Peck currently serves on the national board of governors of the America Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is immediate past Chair of the national Executive Office of Immigration Review liaison committee. She is a frequent speaker on worksite enforcement issues, and often serves as an expert source on employment and enforcement immigration issues for major news media such as the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. In 2009 she received the AILA Presidential Award for her work in worksite enforcement.

Ms. Peck currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska.  She is admitted to practice law in the states of Nebraska and Missouri. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Nebraska and received her juris doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
