Amy was ranked for the seventh consecutive year by the Chambers Global Legal Guide 2024 in the “Immigration: Business” category. She focuses her practice on complex immigration and workplace compliance issues, especially those that intersect employment and immigration law. Amy approaches client service with the understanding that businesses need practical advice that looks at issues from multiple perspectives and she assists a range of employers with I-9 inspections, including clients in the sports, logistics, manufacturing and agriculture sectors.

Amy previously served for 12 years as one of 21 directors elected to the Board of Governors of the 14,000-member American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is the current chair of the AILA National Verification Committee, which liaises with USCIS, ICE and OCAHO on I-9, E-verify and related worksite issues. She previously served on the Board of Trustees of the American Immigration Council.
