Jackson Lewis Principals Karin Cogbill and Conor J. Dale Named Client Service All-Stars by BTI Consulting

NEW YORK (August 13, 2026) — Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Karin Cogbill and Conor J. Dale have been named to the 2026 Client Service All-Star list by BTI Consulting Group.

The BTI Client Service All-Stars list features attorneys recognized for their exceptional client service by top legal decision-makers at organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. The list is compiled based on unsolicited and confidential feedback gathered from more than 350 in-depth interviews.

Karin is a principal and office litigation manager in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. She devotes a significant portion of her practice to wage and hour litigation, with an emphasis on class, collective and hybrid actions. She has successfully represented clients in enforcing arbitration agreements and class action waivers, taken and defended countless depositions, obtained summary judgments, achieved full and partial defense verdicts in arbitration, managed detailed factual investigations and negotiated resolutions to numerous legal matters.

“Karin's commitment to our clients is evident in every matter she handles,” said Silicon Valley Office Managing Principal Neda N. Dal Cielo. “She approaches each engagement with strategic insight, responsiveness and a genuine investment in helping employers achieve their business objectives, making this recognition especially well deserved.”

“Helping clients solve difficult employment challenges and achieve their business goals is the most rewarding part of my practice,” said Karin. “It is a privilege to be recognized, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to partner with clients and for the trust they place in me every day.”

Karin received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Conor is a principal in the firm’s San Francisco office where he focuses his practice on representing employers in state and federal employment litigation including single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation and breach of contract claims and wage and hour class action experience. He has experience in contractual arbitration and representing employers in the technology industry, including defending companies and boards of directors from claims filed by current and former c-suite executives.

"Conor brings sound judgment, practical insight and a strong understanding of his clients’ businesses to every matter,” said San Francisco Office Managing Principal Lisa Barnett Sween. “He is deeply committed to helping clients navigate complex challenges, and this recognition reflects the confidence and trust he has earned through that work."

“My goal is always to give clients clear, practical guidance that helps them make confident decisions for their businesses,” said Conor. “This recognition is particularly meaningful because it reflects the perspectives of clients, and I’m grateful for the trust they place in me.”
