Tabatha Cortes
Tabatha Cortes is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
Tabatha’s interest in labor and employment law began during her undergraduate studies at New York University, where labor issues were a component of her self-designed major. She represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Tabatha also has experience defending single-plaintiff and class wage-and-hour matters, including class actions involving more than 400 individuals.
Tabatha is a member of Leave and Accommodation practice group. She has also defended employers in litigation involving website accessibility compliance.
