Kelly Eisenlohr-Moul headshot

Kelly Elisabeth Eisenlohr-Moul is a principal in the Chicago, Illinois, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Kelly helps employers navigate their most consequential workplace decisions. Clients rely on her not simply to answer legal questions, but to help leaders make sound decisions where legal risk, business objectives, organizational culture, and human judgment intersect. Acting as an extension of her clients’ leadership teams, Kelly advises executives and human resources leaders on workplace issues that shape organizations and define cultures.

Kelly’s practice focuses on strategic employment counseling, executive separations, disability accommodation, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenant disputes, reductions in force, and other high-risk employment matters. She partners closely with in-house counsel, HR professionals, and business leaders to develop practical, business-oriented solutions that align legal strategy with organizational objectives. Her goal is to become a trusted advisor who understands not only the law, but also each client’s business, people, and risk tolerance.

Kelly also represents employers in complex employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Her litigation experience strengthens her counseling practice by helping clients make employment decisions with a clear understanding of how those decisions are likely to be viewed by agencies, judges, juries, mediators, and opposing counsel. When litigation becomes necessary, she brings the same strategic, business-oriented perspective to the defense of those matters.

Clients value Kelly’s ability to bring clarity and structure to complex workplace problems. She is known for translating complicated legal and business issues into practical decision frameworks that allow leaders to move forward confidently, even in situations involving significant legal, operational, financial, or reputational risk. Whether counseling executives through a difficult personnel decision, conducting a sensitive workplace investigation, defending high-stakes litigation, or negotiating a resolution, Kelly’s focus remains the same: helping organizations make decisions they can defend with confidence.
