Jackson Lewis Adds Litigator Lindsey A. White in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD (April 8, 2024) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewic P.C. is pleased to announce that Lindsey A. White has joined its Baltimore office as a principal. Lindsey has more than a decade of employment litigation and trial experience.

English Jr. and Greg Riolo. “Lindsey’s experience in private practice and at the EEOC will add significant value to our national trial and litigation teams. She is also a great addition to our Baltimore office, where her litigation skills will be an asset to our Mid-Atlantic and national clients.”

 

Lindsey is an experienced litigator who represents management for a wide variety of clients such as nonprofits, healthcare institutions, government contractors and insurance companies. Her practice focuses on providing legal counsel and thoughtful strategies that address employment claims before both state and federal courts, and before state, federal and local administrative agencies. She has represented clients in wage and hour, accommodations, discrimination, harassment, class actions and a variety of other employment and business matters.

 

Lindsey advises companies on a wide range of personnel issues, including employment training for management and employees to promote a legally compliant and productive workplace. She works closely with clients to develop dynamic strategies that effectively address employment claims, including recommending and providing representation in mediation or settlement negotiations.
