Jackson Lewis Adds Roger G. Trim in Denver

DENVER, CO (August 4, 2023) Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Roger G. Trim has joined the firm’s Denver office as a principal and office litigation manager. Roger joins the firm from Ogletree Deakins where he was office managing shareholder for its Denver office.

Roger focuses his practice on representing and counseling employers in a broad spectrum of employment matters including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and noncompete cases. Roger has successfully defended employers in litigation involving Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Family Medical and Leave Act, the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act, the Colorado Wage Claim Act, the Montana Wrongful Discharge from Employment Act, and 42 U.S.C. 1981 claims.

Additionally, Roger has represented employers in single- and multi-plaintiff cases in both federal and state court and has extensive experience in pattern and practice and class action litigation. He has successfully represented employers in numerous administrative proceedings before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Division, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the National Labor Relations Board and the United States Department of Labor. Roger has significant experience with alternative dispute resolution and has represented clients in multiple employment and traditional labor arbitration proceedings.

Roger represents companies in the transportation, media, energy, technology, retail, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, electronics, healthcare, and financial services industries. His clients regularly rely on him to provide advice concerning a multitude of human resources issues, including the creation of employee handbooks and leave policies, the design and implementation of layoffs and reductions in force, and the drafting of employee contracts and noncompete agreements.  

Roger earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
