Lysette M. Roman
Lysette M. Roman is an associate in the Cleveland, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Lysette partners with employers to address workplace challenges with practice, business-focused legal counsel. She works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide guidance that is response, thoughtful, and tailored to the realities of managing today's workforce.
Lysette's experience spans employment litigation, workplace investigations, employee relations, policy development, and management training. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Lysette worked across employment law, higher education, program evaluation, and organizational development, giving her a well-rounded, interdisciplinary perspective on the legal and operational issues employers face. She enjoys helping employers navigate complex workplace matters while identifying proactive solutions that support their long-term success.
Outside of her legal practice, Lysette serves as Board President for the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence, where she works alongside executive leadership and fellow board members on governance, strategic planning, executive performance, and organizational policy. In addition, Lysette teaches yoga in the Cleveland area.
