Dhave Balatero

Dhave Balatero is an associate in the Riverside, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in pre-litigation matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and alleged violations of the California Labor Code. He advises clients through workplace disputes, helping them assess risk, develop strategic responses, and pursue efficient resolutions before litigation.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Dhave served as a Director of Attorney Recruiting based in New York City. Prior to that, he practiced as a litigator in Los Angeles for nearly a decade, representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters. His combined experience in legal practice and attorney recruiting provides him with a well-rounded perspective on the legal profession and the workplace.

Dhave earned his J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where he participated in the Children's Rights Clinic.
