Ethan Cruz
Ethan Cruz is an associate in the San Francisco, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on defending employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Ethan also defends employers in class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ethan practiced at a boutique litigation firm, where he represented employers in workplace-related matters, including providing preventive advice and counseling.
Ethan earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law along with the Tech Edge J.D. Certificate. While in law school, Ethan founded the Santa Clara Business Law Chronicle and served as its inaugural Editor-in-Chief. He was also active on campus serving as a Student Associate in the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Ethan earned his B.A. in History from University of California, Los Angeles.
