Grace Kim is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and workplace counseling, helping employers navigate a broad range of labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Grace developed extensive civil litigation experience representing clients through all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and dispute resolution. She successfully obtained numerous dispositive rulings and negotiated favorable outcomes on behalf of her clients. Grace also served as Judicial Staff Attorney at the Augusta Judicial Circuit Superior Court, where she gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making.  

While attending Emory University School of Law, Grace was a competitive member of the Emory Transactional Program Negotiation Team and later served as a student coach. She remains actively involved with the program as a volunteer coach and judge, mentoring future advocates and negotiators.

Grace is committed to building strong client relationships and understanding each client's unique business objectives and challenges. Drawing on her litigation background, negotiation experience, and collaborative approach, she provides practical legal counsel and thoughtful advocacy tailored to her clients' needs.

Outside of her practice, Grace enjoys playing outdoor tennis, strength training, and hanging out with her dog, Sunny.
