NCAA infractions remain a primary concern for member institutions. The Jackson Lewis Collegiate Sports Practice Group invites you to join us to review recent cases decided by the Committee on Infractions including Level I and Level II infractions cases concerning lack of institutional control, failure to monitor, head coach responsibility, recruiting violations, and more. We will identify current enforcement trends and points of emphasis, as well as institutional best practices.

Topics

  • A breakdown of cases involving both institutions and involved individuals in 2018
  • Analysis of the Committee on Infractions' administration of institutional penalties and show causes
  • A comparison of 2018 to 2017 and early 2019 cases to assess trends and institutional best-practices
  • Updates in the Committee on Infractions and NCAA Enforcement's operating procedures and infractions resolution tracks
