American Bar Association: Current Issues in ERISA Litigation

Our own Howard Shapiro will join an expert panel to present current ERISA litigation issues, from the defendant's perspective, to the American Bar Association. The panel will discuss a myriad of topics including: excessive fee case laws, the validity of arbitration provisions, and cybercrimes relating to theft of plan assets and data.
