Annual California Workplace Law Update

California law often sets the national trend with employment law developments that foreshadow changes across the country. We encourage human resources executives and professionals, in-house counsel and chief executive officers to join us attend our annual legal update. 

Join us for a review of the year that was 2018 and what you need to know to be ready to usher in 2019.  We discuss new cases, including new decisions involving potentially costly wage and hour issues and use of arbitration agreements. We will also review the new laws and ordinances that took effect in 2018. Finally, we will talk about what is on the horizon for 2019, including new state laws and regulations.  This session is designed to help employers prepare for the coming year.
