Join Jackson Lewis P.C. attorneys for a webinar series to discuss key issues, hot topics and best practices for navigating the evolving employment law landscape.

Following the Trump administration’s creation of a Religious Liberty Commission and its executive order on “Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias,” the EEOC has aligned with White House priorities by ramping up enforcement of religious rights in the workplace. Employers must now be especially aware of their duty to accommodate religious beliefs that may conflict with workplace policies. In Groff v. DeJoy (2023), the Supreme Court significantly raised the standard for denying accommodations under Title VII. We will discuss the updated legal framework, the types of accommodations required and how to handle conflicts between religious practices and other employees' rights to a harassment-free workplace.

This program is intended for bona fide members of management. Jackson Lewis reserves the right to limit attendance or deny registration at its discretion.
