In this entertaining and engaging session, we’ll take a look at the telework highlight reel of 2020. Teleworking gave us great insight into how to connect more deeply with clients and customers we previously didn’t see enough of face to face. It gave us the opportunity to show our co-workers that we are all searching for that elusive work-home life balance. And last, but sadly not least, it also taught us some important things to keep in mind about accidentally sharing too much information. Join us as we look at what worked really well and what should be avoided… like the plague!
