White Plains Fall Breakfast Series: Effectively communicating about unions in today’s business climate

We regret that we must reschedule our November 13 Breakfast Series program "Effectively Communicating about Unions in Today's Business Climate." The program has been rescheduled for Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

For the past 50 years, employers have talked to employees about unions. Unfortunately, not all employers have recognized the dynamic changes in the workforce and employee expectations. Companies need to be aware of the NLRB's recent interpretations on employees' rights to organize or engage in protected, concerted activity. This session will focus on developing a positive and effective approach to addressing employee interest in unions. We will also explore the legal nuances regarding employee rights when using social media and other paths of electronic communication.
