JoJuan Francesca Gross is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in labor and employment litigation and workplace disputes, drawing on her experience handing employment discrimination claim, internal investigations, discovery, motions, and hearings before administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Francesca served as litigation and government investigations associate at a D.C firm, representing financial services clients. She also served as an attorney with a national labor union, where she gained experience in all phases of litigation, representing single plaintiffs and advising on unfair labor practice disputes. Earlier in her career, Francesca served as an Attorney Advisor for the Small Business Administration and a law clerk to the Honorable Karla N. Smith of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. She has also held legal internships with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, National Collegiate Athletic Association, and CMG Worldwide.

Francesca earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where she Francesca served as a Student Attorney in the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic and Senior Trademark and Copyright Articles Editor for the WCL IP Brief.
