Elizabeth Harraka

Elizabeth Harraka is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers, providing both preventive advice and counseling and litigation strategies on workplace and employment law matters, including issues involving discrimination, accommodation, retaliation, and workplace policies and procedures. 

Elizabeth represents employers in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has experience in navigating employers through alternative dispute resolutions, including formal and informal mediation, and arbitration. 

Before joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Elizabeth also litigated construction and commercial matters, as well as employment litigation.
