Mariah K. Micca is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She is a responsive advisor who focuses her practice on representing businesses in a broad array of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, as well as traditional labor relations matters in both unionized and union-free workplaces.

In addition to her litigation practice, Mariah conducts comprehensive investigations of employee misconduct. She is also experienced with helping educational institutions with a variety of legal matters, including Title IX and other misconduct investigations and issues involving student discipline.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mariah worked as a litigation associate in Boston, Massachusetts.
