Collin O’Connor Udell was a guest on CBS Radio News to discuss implications of the case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday, January 19thHeffernan v. City of Paterson.  Collin was counsel of record for a group of amici who filed a brief in support of Respondent City of Paterson.  The amici included: National Conference of State Legislatures, National Association of Counties, National League of Cities, U.S. Conference of Mayors, International City/County Management Association, International Municipal Lawyers Association, International Public Management Association for Human Resources, and National Public Employer Labor Relations Association, and State and Local Legal Center.
